Returns & Exchanges
Incorrect Size Selection
If you would like to exchange an item because you selected the incorrect size, an exchange fee of R350 per jersey will apply. This fee covers return handling, courier collection, and delivery of the replacement item.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, and a new order will need to be placed.
We strongly encourage customers to consult our size guides carefully before placing an order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Once the issue has been verified, Footy Imports will cover all reasonable costs associated with returning and replacing the item at no additional charge to you.
Customised Products
Unfortunately, customised or personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. As these products are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be resold.
Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the item has not yet been sourced or processed.
Approved refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee to cover payment processing charges, banking fees, and merchant costs.
Delivered Orders
Once an order has been delivered, it is no longer eligible for a monetary refund. In certain circumstances and at the discretion of Footy Imports, store credit may be offered instead.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Processing Time
As our products are imported on demand, exchanges and replacements may take approximately the same timeframe as the original order, which is generally 20–40 business days.
Customers are advised to retain proof of postage and any courier documentation until the return or exchange process has been completed.
