Thank you for choosing Footy Imports. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible while keeping you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Timeframe

All products sold by Footy Imports are imported on demand. Once your order is placed, it goes through the following stages:

  • Order Processing & Sourcing: 1–5 business days
  • International Shipping from Supplier: 15–30 business days
  • Local Handling & Final Delivery: 2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 20–40 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, postal processing times, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Method

Our default international shipping method is China Post, which works in partnership with the South African Post Office (SAPO) and all SADC Government Post Office services for final delivery within the SADC Area.

Important Information

  • Delivery times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, high shipping volumes, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders containing personalised or customised items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take several days to become active and can vary depending on the stage of transit.
  • Customers can use their tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment through the relevant postal tracking systems.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.
  • Footy Imports cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Area

At this time, Footy Imports only delivers within the SADC.

SADC Member Countries: South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Comoros, DRC, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
